Q. Can I bring my car to you?
A. Of course you can, however you will need to leave your vehicle with me for anywhere between 10 hours and 2 days dependant on treatment, this is why we usually travel to you, so that you can relax in the comfort of your own home whilst we work our magic on your vehicle.

Q. What is Detailing?

A. Unlike the quick wash and Hoover that you may receive from a valeting company, Detailing is the refinishing and rejuvenation of a vehicle's paint work, it includes removal of paint imperfections, including, bird etchings, swirlmarks, holograms and machine buffer marks.  Before protecting your vehicle under layer upon layer of Wax.

Q. Apart from having a great looking car are there any other benefits from detailing?

A. Absolutely, if you're thinking of selling your car, then realize its full value, plus you'll find the customer doing the buying rather than you doing the selling.  You will also recover much more than you will spend on the detailing costs.

Q. How far will you travel?
A. We cover most areas within mainland UK, some times outside the UK, contact us for a full travel quote. 

Q. How long does a treatment take?

A. This is all dependant on the overall condition of your vehicle and your current car care regime, on average most vehicles take 8 to 10 hours to complete.  However some vehicles take considerably longer, this can be discussed when you first contact us.

Q. Will you clean any vehicle, or do you only detail expensive cars?

A. Although the majority of our work is carried out on Luxury Vehicles and Sports Cars, we can give an e-mail or phone based consultation on any vehicle of any age, however bodywork problems, i.e. rust, dents or stone chips, can Not be fixed by Superior Shine, these need to be remedied before the Superior Shine Treatment.
